- 3 bananas
- 30g of carob powderor 2 tablespoons of carob syrup 250ml of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 cup chopped ice or 1 cup warm milk
- Stir well all the ingredients until the mixture is thick and soft.
- Use chopped ice for a frozen milk shake. Use hot liquid (milk) for a hot beverage and heat the mixture after shaking.
- To get the desired density add more or less milk accordingly.
