Our Carob flavored Biscuit makes a great on-the-go-breakfast. It contains no additives, no preservatives, no artificial flavorings, and no genetically modified organisms.
It is rich in dietary fiber and has all the ingredients for a proper nutritional snack. It has a rich, unique favor due to the combination of carob powder, almonds and dried grapes. It can be dunk in coffee and makes an ideal accompaniment any time of the day.

In addition to its health benefits, it is a refreshing beverage which can be consumed hot or cold or like an ice tea. Its preparation is simple. Put 2-3 scoops in a half cup of water and boil it for about 3 minutes. Filter it and serve it hot or, if you prefer, cold, add some ice cubes and wait until it gets cold.

Carob Syrup 350gr.
Our carob syrup is produced from the pods of the carob tree and has a mild, sweet flavor. It can be used as sweetener in cakes, tahini, hot and cold beverages, yogurt, ice cream and rice. It is a great substitute of sugar. Carob honey is also known as a traditional medicine for cough and sore throat. It is rich in calcium (almost three times more than milk- carob contains 350 mg per 100gr in comparison to milk that contains 120 mg per 100gr). Its flavor can differ depending on the variety without altering its nutritional value. For its production, only Cretan carobs are used.
It is consumed raw as a fruit. Be careful with the hard pods.
