They are slightly unsweet bites, and can be accompanied perfectly with a variety mix of cold cuts and cheeses.

Carob Powder 300gr.
Caffeine-free - Gluten Free - No preservatives or additives - 100% carob
Carob powder can substitute cacao or chocolate. It is a natural sweetener rich in calcium, phosphorus, potassium, carbohydrates, protein, magnesium, vitamin A, B and D, and various metals. It is of ahigher nutritional value than chocolate and contains less than half of cacao’s fat.
For a chocolate beverage, replace 2 scoops of chocolate with 3 scoops of carob powder. For cacao, replace it with equal quantity of carob powder. It can also be used in sweets, cakes, pastries, drinks and milkshakes like cocoa. As it is a natural sweetener it requires less additional sugar. Alternatively, you can use carob syrup instead of sugar.
